- By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent.
- We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms at any time without prior notice.
2. Services
- We provide mobile phone repair services, including but not limited to screen replacement, battery replacement, software troubleshooting, and water damage treatment.
- Repair turnaround times are estimates only and may vary depending on parts availability and repair complexity.
- All repairs are carried out with due care and skill, but we cannot guarantee that every device is repairable.
3. Diagnostics & Data
- Devices may be subject to diagnostic testing. This process may temporarily erase or alter data.
- Customers are responsible for backing up their data before submitting devices for repair.
- Repair With Singh is not responsible for data loss, corruption, or software issues arising during or after the repair process.
4. Warranty on Repairs
- Repairs performed by Repair With Singh come with a limited warranty of 90 days on parts and labour, unless stated otherwise.
- Warranty covers only the specific repair carried out and the parts replaced.
- Warranty does not cover:
- Physical or liquid damage after repair.
- Tampering by third parties.
- Issues unrelated to the original repair.
5. Parts & Quality
- We use high-quality replacement parts. Original manufacturer parts may not always be available.
- Customers will be informed of the type of parts (OEM/aftermarket) used before proceeding with the repair.
6. Payments
- Payment is due in full upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed.
- We accept Cash & bank transfer.
- Deposits may be required for ordering specific parts. Deposits are non-refundable if the customer cancels the repair.
7. Liability
- While we take the utmost care with every device, Repair With Singh is not liable for:
- Pre-existing damage to the device.
- Further damage caused by concealed faults or corrosion.
- Indirect losses, such as missed business opportunities or personal inconvenience.
8. Uncollected Devices
- Devices not collected within 60 days after repair completion may be recycled, resold, or disposed of to recover costs. Customers will be notified before such action is taken.
9. Website Use
- The content on our website is for general information only and may change without notice.
- Unauthorized use of this website may give rise to claims for damages or be a criminal offense.
10. Governing Law
- These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United Kingdoms
- Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in West Midlands.
