📱 LCD to Soft OLED Upgrade & Satisfaction Policy
At Repair With Singh, we aim to give you great results — and options — if you’re not totally satisfied with your screen repair.
⏱️ 7-Day Upgrade Window
If your device was originally manufactured with an OLED display but an LCD screen was installed during repair and you’re not happy with the screen quality, you have 7 days from the repair date to request an upgrade to a Soft OLED screen at an additional price.
📋 Conditions & Eligibility
The upgrade is available only if all of the following are true:
✔ The LCD screen shows no physical damage, cracks, pressure marks, or defects
✔ The device has no liquid or moisture damage
✔ The issue is reported within 7 days of collection
If any of the above conditions are not met, the upgrade policy cannot be applied.
📦 Ordering & Timing
Most Soft OLED screens need to be special-ordered as they are not usually stocked on site.
If the Soft OLED is ordered before 5:00 PM, we can usually receive it by the next working day (subject to supplier availability and delivery schedules — delivery times are estimates, not guaranteed).If ordered after this time or if stock takes longer, lead times may vary.
💷 Price Difference
The customer is responsible for paying the difference in price between the originally installed LCD screen and the Soft OLED screen upgrade.
This ensures you only pay for the additional quality and technology of the OLED panel.
📌 Once Upgraded
Once the Soft OLED screen has been fitted:
• The original LCD screen repair becomes non-refundable
• Standard screen warranty conditions continue to apply under our repair guarantee
