Battery Replacement – Terms & Conditions
By booking or proceeding with a battery replacement service, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:
1. Data & Device Responsibility
Customers are responsible for backing up all data before repair. We are not liable for any data loss, software corruption, or functionality issues that may occur during or after service. Devices may contain pre-existing or hidden faults that are not detectable during initial inspection.
2. Diagnostic Disclaimer
Battery-related symptoms such as fast drain, overheating, sudden shutdown, or failure to power on may not always be caused by the battery itself.
Possible alternative causes include:
Motherboard or power management IC (PMIC) faultsLiquid or moisture damage (visible or hidden corrosion)Charging port or flex cable defectsSoftware-related issuesLCD screen installed on a device originally designed for OLED display, which may increase power consumption and reduce battery performanceBattery replacement is performed as a best-effort solution based on preliminary diagnosis. If the issue persists after replacement, further diagnostics or repairs may be required and may incur additional charges. Battery replacement fees are non-refundable.
3. Parts & Quality
Replacement batteries may be Original (OEM) or High-Quality Compatible, depending on availability and customer selection. Battery performance may vary depending on manufacturer, device condition, and usage habits.
4. Warranty
Battery replacements include a 90-day limited warranty covering manufacturing defects only.
The warranty does not cover:
Physical or liquid damageSwelling caused by misuse or improper chargingDamage caused by third-party accessories or chargersNormal battery wear, aging, or capacity reduction5. No Refund Policy
Once a battery has been installed, no refunds will be issued. If a manufacturing defect is confirmed within the warranty period, the battery will be replaced.
6. Repair Risks
Opening the device may reduce or eliminate water and dust resistance. Minor cosmetic marks (scratches, adhesive residue, or frame marks) may occur during disassembly.
7. Testing & Collection
Customers must test and inspect their device upon collection. Any issues must be reported immediately. Claims made after leaving the premises may not be accepted.
8. Abandoned Devices
Devices not collected within 60 days may be considered abandoned and may be disposed of, recycled, or sold to recover costs.
9. Liability Limitation
Our liability is strictly limited to the cost of the battery replacement service. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10. Acceptance of Terms
By proceeding with the repair, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
